Measurements:

  • digestive biscuit icon
    4 digestive biscuits
  • peppermint bark icon
    4 pieces peppermint bark
  • extra large marshmallow icon
    2 extra large marshmallows

Instructions

  • 1Insert the wire rack into position 3. Set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 180°C, for 5 minutes, enable Rotate Remind and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
  • 2Snap the digestive biscuits in half and stack two on top of each other. Place in a baking tray and top with the chocolate bark and a marshmallow half.
  • 3Once preheated, place the tray in the oven and air fry for 5 minutes. When the Rotate Remind signals, rotate the tray and continue cooking.
  • 4The marshmallow should be golden brown. If not, air fry them a little longer.
  • 5Use a spatula to carefully remove the stacks from the hot pan. Remove the bottom biscuit and place it on top, giving it a gentle press. Serve warm.
