1 cup (240 g) peanut butter
¾ cup (150 g) white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- 1Insert the wire rack into position 5. Set the oven to Cookies, Convection, 165°C, for 12 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
- 2Spray the pizza pan with the cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- 3Place the peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl and stir until mixture forms a paste.
- 4Roll 2 tablespoons of the dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place them evenly spaced apart, on the prepared pan. Sprinkle with salt.
- 5Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and cook for 12 minutes.
- 6Cookies should be lightly browned and firm around the edges. If not, cook them a little longer.
- 7Remove the cookies from the oven and stand on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- 8The cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week. For a great dessert idea, sandwich them with ice cream.
