Instructions

  • 1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade in the bowl. Add the coriander and process until coarsely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
  • 2Carefully remove the S-blade. Place the orange adjustable slicer set on 2 in the bowl and shred the cabbage over the coriander. Transfer the cabbage mixture to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • 3Adjust the slicer to 1 and slice the onion.
  • 4Remove the slicer, place the yellow reversible shredder, with the coarse side up in the bowl and shred the carrot over the onion.
  • 5Add the onion and carrot to the cabbage and toss to combine.
  • 6Add the mayonnaise, lime zest and juice, salt and pepper to the slaw mix and toss to combine. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Tip: Make it your own, jazz up the mayo, change the seasoning and adjust the recipe to your liking.
  • 7From the cabbage patch to the table in 20 minutes! So, what’s going to get some coleslaw crunch? Wraps, sandwiches, tacos and burgers all love a flurry or maybe add to an on-trend poke or Buddha bowl. Great for a picnic or perfect for potluck.
