Capers, cornichons and tarragon do a tasty tango with our Essential Mayonnaise for this creamy French sauce packed with tangy flavours. We’ve served it with prawns for the perfect appetiser, but it’s also great with burgers, grilled veggies or French fries.
1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade in the bowl. Add the eschalot, garlic, cornichons, capers, tarragon and parsley and process until finely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
2Add the mayonnaise, cornichon juice, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper and process to combine, scraping down the bowl occasionally.
