Place all the Cajun seasoning ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Insert the wire rack into position 4. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 390°F, for 17 minutes. Press Start for P2, set the oven to Grill, High, for 3 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
Place the pork in the roasting pan and brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Sprinkle one side with half the Cajun seasoning and press to coat. Turn and repeat on the other side.
Place the onions in a bowl, add ½ teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil and toss to coat. Add the onions to the pan with the pork.
Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and air fry for 17 minutes. The oven will then switch to grill for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
Place the corn in the emptied onion bowl, add the remaining salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Turn to coat and set aside.
The pork is ready when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145°F. If not, cook it a little longer.
Tip: The internal temp is for blush pink. If you prefer your pork well done, it should read 171°F. The size and thickness of the pork chop can alter the cooking time. For best results, test for doneness 3 to 5 minutes before the end of the cook.
Remove the pork from the pan and loosely cover with foil. Stand in a warm place while the corn is cooking. Adjust the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 390°F, for 10 minutes and press Start to preheat. Add the corn to the pan with the onions.
Once preheated, return the pan to the oven and air fry the corn for 10 minutes.
The corn kernels should be tender when pierced with a knife. If not, air fry a little longer.
Generously squeeze with lime juice over pork and corn and serve.
