Fizzy Pimm's
Quintessentially English, this refreshing fruity cocktail brings all the feels of a summers day. Pretty as a picture with its strawberries and mint garnish, it’s got garden party, lawn bowls and lazy picnic written all over it.

Measurements:
8 fl oz Pimm's, chilled
4 fl oz chilled lemon juice
8 fl oz chilled water
3 fl oz simple syrup
Cucumberthinly sliced, to serve and garnish
Hulled strawberriesquartered, to serve and garnish
Lemon slices
Ice-cubes
Fresh mintto garnish
For the simple syrup
1½ fl oz water
1½ oz granulated sugar
Instructions
- 1To make the simple syrup, place the water and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to a small container and refrigerate until cold.
- 2Place the sugar syrup, Pimm's, lemon juice and water in a large liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.
- 3Using the funnel, fill the InFizz bottle to the MIN line. Top with the FusionCap™ and twist to lock.
- 4With the Tilt Head in the tilted position, insert the bottle and twist to lock. Push the bottle down into the vertical position. Press the Carbonating Lever at 1 second intervals, twice, to lightly carbonate or up to 6 times for maximum fizz.
- 5Move the Tilt Head into the tilted position and remove the bottle. Gradually slide the switch to the right to release the excess gas. Slide the switch back to the left if the bubbles rise too quickly.
- 6Arrange a few cucumber slices on the inside of the glass. Add some of the quartered strawberries, lemon slices and ice. Pour over the fizzy Pimm's. Garnish with cucumber slices and strawberries threaded onto cocktail skewers and mint.
