Measurements:

  • Pimm's, chilled icon
    8 fl oz Pimm's, chilled
  • chilled lemon juice icon
    4 fl oz chilled lemon juice
  • chilled water icon
    8 fl oz chilled water
  • simple syrup icon
    3 fl oz simple syrup
  • cucumber icon
    Cucumber

    thinly sliced, to serve and garnish

  • hulled strawberries icon
    Hulled strawberries

    quartered, to serve and garnish

  • lemon slice icon

  • ice-cube icon

  • fresh mint icon

For the simple syrup

  • water icon
    1½ fl oz water
  • granulated sugar icon
    1½ oz granulated sugar

Instructions

  • 1To make the simple syrup, place the water and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Transfer to a small container and refrigerate until cold.
  • 2Place the sugar syrup, Pimm's, lemon juice and water in a large liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.
  • 3Using the funnel, fill the InFizz bottle to the MIN line. Top with the FusionCap™ and twist to lock.
  • 4With the Tilt Head in the tilted position, insert the bottle and twist to lock. Push the bottle down into the vertical position. Press the Carbonating Lever at 1 second intervals, twice, to lightly carbonate or up to 6 times for maximum fizz.
  • 5Move the Tilt Head into the tilted position and remove the bottle. Gradually slide the switch to the right to release the excess gas. Slide the switch back to the left if the bubbles rise too quickly.
  • 6Arrange a few cucumber slices on the inside of the glass. Add some of the quartered strawberries, lemon slices and ice. Pour over the fizzy Pimm's. Garnish with cucumber slices and strawberries threaded onto cocktail skewers and mint.
