How to adjust milk temperature and texture

Perfectly textured milk is essential to enjoying delicious, third wave specialty coffee. The Bambino® Plus makes it simple to steam your milk, creating thousands of tiny air bubbles which give it that silky texture. 
However, different types of milk texture at different temperatures, so it's important that you adjust the milk temperature to suit your specific needs. Each time you power on The Bambino® Plus, the milk temperature settings automatically default to the last temperature you used. 
To change the setting, press the 'Milk Temp' button to reach the level you want. It registers from one to three lights. One light is “warm,” two lights mean “ideal,” and three is 'hot.' Just press the button until the number of lights meets the temperature you want. 
Changing the milk foam settings is similar. Like the milk temperature, the milk foam settings default to the last setting you chose. To change the setting, press the 'Milk Foam' button. 
It also registers from one to three lights. One light means 'low foam,' two means 'medium foam,' and three lights means The Bambino® Plus is set to steam high foam. 
By changing these settings, you will be able to create perfectly textured milk.
