Measurements:

  • chilled coconut water icon
    2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled coconut water
  • medium banana icon
    2 (14 oz) medium bananas

    peeled and chopped

  • frozen blueberries icon
    1 cup (6 oz) frozen blueberries
  • frozen acai berry pulp icon
    7 oz frozen acai berry pulp

    coarsely chopped

  • small raw beet icon
    1 (10½ oz) small raw beet

    peeled and chopped

  • toasted granola icon
    ¾ cup (3 oz) toasted granola
  • whey or vegan protein powder icon
    2 tbsp whey or vegan protein powder

To serve

  • goji berries icon

Instructions

  • 1Place all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into four bowls. Top with granola, blueberries and goji berries to serve.
    Tip: You can use about 9½ oz chopped frozen banana instead of fresh banana.
